Junk 2 Junque at a New Location in Madison
This favorite vintage shop moved to a new location in Madison a few years ago, and (due to the pandemic) I didn’t know! If you weren’t aware either, it’s well worth a stop into the little historic house behind Ciao Bella. Owner Mary Stryker’s taste runs to the quirky, cool, and occasionally creepy! The merchandise mix includes vintage finds, home decor, old paintings, new sweaters, a bit of jewelry, adorable baby gifts, some topiary, and pretty much anything else that catches her fancy. It works because she’s a master merchandiser and makes sense of the treasures in the tiny shop.
Completely irresistible, too, are the local hand-crafted chocolates! Do not leave without a bag of salted caramels or pecan turtles. Delish!
